Still no Water

Went out to try a different section today and as it turned out, there wasn't a whole lot of water moving thru. figured i could still move some fish where there was water, but only moved 3 fish, landing one. i was hoping to get  a full days worth of test driving some joe willauer streamers (evolution anglers), but with the water conditions it was an incredibly short day.
