Connecticut

My new company sent me to Hartford, Connecticut for a weeks worth of training. unfortunately mon-thurs were full days but friday we were let go around 1:30, so knowing this in advance i made sure that all my gear was already in the car. as soon as we were done i drove straight over to the river. its a good looking river in some spots but most of what i saw on the drive up, was wide and slow. this dude that follows me on instagram is from the Hartford area so he was kind enough to point me in the right direction. i was only on the river for about 3 hours but was able to get into a few fish vut only landed 1. doesnt matter to me as long as i got 1 so i could say that ive caught fish in Connecticut now.
