Me and matt decided to walk down from the bridge and then fish our way up. it was pretty slow except for one particular hole/run, which we managed to pulled 5 fish out of. as we got to the bridge it was still a little early so we fished our way above the bridge a little bit. the water had been great all morning, but with it being the 2nd day of warm weather we knew it was only a matter of time before the creeks started spewing chocolate. as we approached the 1st creek that dumps in above the bridge, the water was still clear till we got to the last hole before the creek and then the chocolate finally caught up to the river. the river was shit the whole walk down to the bridge. we hit the river just in time

A warm spell...
Kicked in last wknd and it was nice to not have to break off ice, wear gloves and use hand warmers. the snow melt/mud from the 2 days of warmer weather hadnt caught up to the river yet so that was good. the fishing was slow

A meat morning
Went out for a couple hours in the morning which seems to have become to standard during the winter, as opposed to fuller days out. the older i get the harder it is on me to do the full dayers. anyway got into a couple fish. fishing is still at winter pace but should start shifting before to long

A little different stretch
I had planned on fishing up but decided since i hadnt seen the downstream stuff in a couple of years i decided to walk down and then fish my way up. i hit a couple runs on the way down and landed a couple of fish. once i got to the point of starting my way up, i nailed a few fish in the deep slow stuff and got into a few more fish on my way back up to my jeep. nothing big but a fun couple morning hours
