10,000ft.

I picked up chris and we made the drive to a small stream at about 10,000ft. we got there and chris said he had never seen it this low at this time of year. i was colder then fuck  as well. we checked out a small section but did not see any fish. we decided to scrap that idea and drove back down in elevation and fished a little section of another small river but again not a single fish. we called it an early day.

Something different

Me and scott drove over to some water that i hadnt fished since early this year. the water there was pretty low as well and the streamer game was a no show again.

A quickie

After i took alanna to school i headed to the river. landed 1 and missed 1. a slow few hours

A few hours with Jerry

Jerry was on limited time so instead of making a lengthy drive we just fished a little local water. the fishing sucked, didnt move a single fish with a streamer, jerry switched to a nymph and caught 1 smal whitey. blah!

A slow time of season

But i did mustered a couple of hours a few days ago. the river has done some changing since the last time i fished this section (pre run off). the fishing again was slow with the streamers but i did manage a fish or two.

A short day with Chris and Jerry

Hit some familiar water with jerry and chris. i handt fished with chris in  about a year. the weather was perfect and the flows were a little low and the fising did not go very well at all. i threw streamers, chris nymphed and jerry did both. nymphing got most of the fish. some some really nice deer rubs as well

The big water

Headed to some big water with some of the boys. me and jake threw streamers while the others nymphed. it was pretty even in the catch department but the bigger fish came from the nymphs. the temps were pretty nice for a november day but the wind got brutal.
