me and matt hit a usual spot due to current river conditions. it was extremely slow although towards the end we got into a few fish. some caught and some missed. the weather was gorgeous out though
Some sweet fish man. I just took a look through your blog and you and your friend land some serious browns.
I moved out to SLC to teach a few years ago and the middle section of the Weber was my #1 spot until they accidentally killed all the fish last fall. The fishing in the Wanship - Coalville area was insane with minimal amount of pressure from other anglers. I've been checking out different parts of the Provo, but the fishing pressure is unbearable on certain days.
I'm looking for recommendations to fly fish for big browns in the Salt Lake area - do you recommend checking out the Ogden River? I've heard good things OR just sticking with the Provo and explore in less known parts?
